i’m going to vent a little now okay

it’s seven, SEVEN years ago when i started listening to mcr, i was 13 and the black parade was me and my everything you know, and even tho i haven’t listened to them much for a while idk this is like a kick in the guts i mean why do bands have to quit its not okay come back

i know i’m lucky because i saw them live twice, once in 2007 and then in 2011 but atm it doesn’t feel like anything to be honest, because so many huge fans never saw them play

but honestly, it’s not all over because the music stays and will comfort and help so many people in the future, like it helped me and many others in the past. those 12 years were worth something.

but they still could explain this better.

The difference between US and EU
  • Person from the US: I love -insert band here- but they never play in my city... they play in my state, like two shows but fuck them they should play in my city, fml!
  • Person from the UK: I love -insert band here- and they come to the UK a few times/year but never to my city but I'll just go to another city.
  • Me: I love -insert band here- and they have never been to my country and I can't afford to travel to the UK every time they go there so I'm just gonna sit here and cry and hate my life and pray for a date in my country although the capital is five hours away.

i know its not likely going to happen but if all time low played a daydream away when i get to see them i’d basically drown in my own tears

(this day has been quite great this far, and now i just really wish that crown the empire’s tour announcement will be something sweet  (like slam dunk (because i’d basically kill to see them live)))
